• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return (see below).

2. Returns and Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • In the same condition as when you received it.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
